Man dies after crash in Derbyshire village as police appeal for dashcam footage
A man has died after a crash in a Derbyshire village. Derbyshire police are appealing for information and dashcam footage following a fatal collision on Thursday November 7.
Officers received reports of a collision involving a Nissan Micra and a Honda Civic, on the A618 Rotherham Road at around 7pm in the village of Barlborough. The driver of the Nissan Micra was a man in his fifties who suffered serious injuries as a result of the crash and later died in hospital.
The driver of the Honda Civic has been reported to not have sustained any injuries. Derbyshire police are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision, anyone who had dashcam footage or anyone who saw the black Nissan Micra in the area between 6.30pm and 7pm on November 7.
