Man dies following 'medical emergency' in Wolverhampton
A man has died following reports of a 'medical emergency' in Wolverhampton. Medics said 'nothing could be done' to save the man, who was found in the East Park area of the city.
Emergency services were called to the the junction of Willenhall Road and Stowheath Lane at 8.26am on Tuesday, November 19. The man was confirmed dead at the scene.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 8.26am to a medical emergency at the junction of Willenhall Road and Stowheath Lane in East Park, Wolverhampton. One ambulance and a paramedic officer attended the scene."

The spokesperson continued: "Upon arrival we found a man. Unfortunately it was clear that nothing could be done to save him and he was confirmed deceased at the scene.”
Police were also present at the scene. A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: "A body was found in Wolverhampton this morning.
"We were called to Stowheath Lane in Willenhall Road, Wolverhampton at around 8am. The death of the man is not being treated as suspicious and will be referred to the coroner."
