Man dies after incident outside Aberdeen flats as family pay tribute

A 44-year-old man who was found seriously injured outside a block of flats in Aberdeen has died in hospital.

Jacek Dembinski, from the city, was found outside Rosehill Court around 4.30pm on Tuesday, August 27.

He was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary but sadly passed away two days later.

Jacek’s family have since released a statement through Police Scotland, paying tribute to to their 'much-loved' relative.

"Jacek was a much loved Son, Brother, Brother-in-Law, Uncle and Step-Father. He will be greatly missed by all. We ask for our privacy as a family to be respected at this difficult time."

A 43-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death.

He is due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Thursday, August 29, with a report sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
