Man who exposed himself in public ordered to carry out 200 hours of unpaid work - Hull court round-up
A man who exposed himself in public and another who made a false report to Humberside Police were sentenced by magistrates in Hull last week.
While some cases were adjourned to a later date and others sent to Hull Crown Court, many offenders from across Hull and East Yorkshire were still handed suspended sentence orders, community orders and hefty fines by magistrates in recent days.
Here are eight offenders to be sentenced at Hull Magistrates' Court.
Rutagaye Ndayishimiye, 43, of Imperial Way, Hull indicated a plea of guilty to an act of outraging public decency in which he intentionally exposed his genitals intending that someone would see them. He was given an 18-month suspended sentence order and ordered to carry out 200 hours of unpaid work.
Dazey Burke, 32, of Limedane, Hull pleaded guilty to causing wasteful employment of police, namely by making a false report to Humberside Police that he had been the victim of witness intimidation. He was given a community order and ordered to pay a £114 victim services surcharge and £85 in costs.
Tracy Brown, 38, of Savage Road, Bridlington pleaded guilty to theft in dwelling in which she stole a dog. She was ordered to pay a £120 fine and £85 in costs.
Sean Ross, 41, of Brompton Close, Hull pleaded guilty to assault by beating. He was given a community order with the requirement to complete 100 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay a £114 victim services surcharge and £85 in costs.
Toby Megson, 29, of Dent Road, Hull pleaded guilty to entering a premises in contravention of a closure order due to nuisance or disorder. He was given a one-year conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 in costs.
Shaun Harley, 36, of Bainton Grove, Hull indicated a plea of guilty to the possession of cannabis with intent to supply and pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress. He was given a one-year suspended sentence order, administered an alcohol abstinence tag for 90 days and ordered to pay a £154 victim services surcharge and £85 in costs.

Cara Huteson, 30, of Alexandra Road, Hull pleaded guilty to common assault. She was given a one-year conditional discharge.
Lee Hannath, 46, of Rannoch Close, Hull pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress. He was given a one-year conditional discharge.
