Man found dead near Kent shopping centre after concern for welfare call
A man has been found near a shopping centre in Chatham. Kent Police were called at 7.20pm on Wednesday, November 13, to concerns for the welfare of a person in The Brook.
Officers attended the scene near the Pentagon Shopping Centre with South East Coast Ambulance Service. A man in his 30s was confirmed dead, police have said.
A police spokesperson said: "His next of kin have been informed. The Brook was closed to traffic while emergency services were at the scene."
