A man was taken to hospital after he was found with stab wounds at a skatepark in Bristol. The man, aged in his 40s, was found injured at the M32 skatepark, in Eastville, on Thursday, June 6.

Emergency services were called at around 11pm by a passer-by who found the wounded man. He is being treated in hospital for stab wounds which are not described as either life threatening or life changing.

Avon and Somerset Police searched the scene this morning, Friday, June 7, following initial enquiries made last night. The offender has been described as a white man, the police force said in a statement.

Police officers are now appealing for information and dashcam footage from witnesses. Avon and Somerset Police said in a statement: "If you were in the area last night and saw anything or have any dashcam footage please contact us.
