Update: Merseyside Police said Mr Cullen has now been found.

Merseyside Police are appealing for the public's help to find a man who went missing from his home two days ago. John Cullen, 42, from Everton has been missing from home since 5pm on Monday, January 27 and extensive enquiries are being carried out to find him.

Police have described John as 5ft 8in tall, medium build with brown hair. He was reportedly last seen wearing a blue polo shirt, black puffa jacket with hood, black jeans and black boots.

John is known to go for walks in the Peak District and on beaches. Police are now urging anyone who may have seen him or has any information on his whereabouts to contact them.
