Man rushed to hospital after being stabbed repeatedly
A man was rushed to hospital after being stabbed repeatedly. Police were called to Southway in Skelmersdale at 10.54pm on Saturday, November 9.
Officers went to the scene and found a man in his 20s had suffered multiple stab injuries. Lancashire Police said on Monday, November 11, that he is currently in hospital in a stable condition. A spokesperson added his injuries are not being treated as life threatening at this time.
Following the incident a 56-year-old, from Skelmersdale, was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder. He is currently in custody. An investigation is underway and enquiries are ongoing, police added.
