Man Seen Pacing in Front of United Nations During Standoff With NYPD

Police officers in Manhattan engaged in a standoff with a man outside the United Nations headquarters on the morning of Thursday, December 2.

The New York City Police Department (NYPD) instructed people to avoid the immediate area of 42nd Street and 1st Avenue, where a main entrance to the UN used by staff and diplomats is located.
