Man seriously hurt after being cut from car in Walsall Road crash
A driver had to be cut free from his car after suffering serious injuries in a crash. The man was hurt when 'multiple' vehicles collided on Thursday, November 14.
He was treated at the scene by paramedics after being freed from his car. Medics then rushed him to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, where he remains in a stable condition.
A second driver was also hurt in the crash, which took place on the A4031 Walsall Road, Wednesbury. She was taken to Walsall Manor Hospital with injuries not believed to be serious.

Police are now calling on anyone who witnessed the collision to get in touch. A West Midlands Police spokesman said: "We were called to a collision in Walsall Road involving multiple vehicles, at around 3.40pm.
"One of the vehicles had to be cut open to free the driver. The driver, a man, was taken to hospital with serious injuries, where he remains in a stable condition.
"Anyone who witnessed the collision can contact us via Live Chat on our website, or by calling 101, quoting log 3322 of November 14." A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman added: "We were called at 3.45pm to a road traffic collision on Walsall Road, Wednesbury.
"Two ambulances and a paramedic officer attended the scene. Upon arrival we found two patients who were the drivers of the cars.
"Firstly, a man who was assessed and had serious injuries. He received treatment at the scene before being conveyed to Queen Elizabeth Hospital under emergency blue light conditions for further treatment.
"Secondly, a woman who had sustained injuries not believed to be serious. She received treatment at the scene before being conveyed to Walsall Manor for further assessment."
