Man strips to protest Welsh retail restrictions
Chris Noden visited a Tesco supermarket store in Newport wearing only socks, shoes, a facemask, and underwear after the Welsh government deemed clothes as 'non-essential items' which are not allowed to be sold during the lockdown.
Noden's wife, Dawn, said they wanted to deliver a simple message with their stunt: listing clothes as a non-essential item is 'ridiculous.'
"We thought why not, it may not make a difference, but it's light-hearted fun whilst proving a point," she said.
