Man suffers life-threatening injuries in Willerby crash
A man has suffered life-threatening injuries following a crash in Willerby.
Emergency services were called to the A164 at around 2.20pm on Friday following reports that three cars had collided whilst travelling southbound towards the roundabout near Papas.
It is reported that a blue Peugeot 3008 collided with a grey Mercedes Benz EQA, causing the Mercedes to collide with a red Volkswagen Golf.
The passenger, a man, in the Peugeot car was taken to hospital to be treated for life-threatening injuries. The driver, a woman, was also taken to hospital to be treated for serious injuries. Nobody else was injured during the incident.
Humberside Police is now appealing for witnesses to come forward.
A spokesperson for the force said: "Enquiries are ongoing to understand the circumstances surrounding the collisions and officers are now appealing for anyone who may have seen any of the vehicles prior to the collision, or if you have any further information or dashcam footage to please contact our non-emergency number 101 quoting log 258 of 29 November."
