Man throws microwave at bus stop during night in Bournemouth

A MAN threw a brick and a microwave at a bus stop while out late in Bournemouth.

Police rushed to Christchurch Road in Lansdowne on Sunday after receiving a call that a man was smashing up a bus stop.

On arrival, officers found he had used a microwave and a brick to smash the windows of the bus stop.

Shattered glass can be seen spread across the floor as the man was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage.

He was also reportedly trying to break into parked vehicles.
