Man Wades to Car Through Floodwaters as Toronto Hit by Deluge

A man was forced to wade through floodwaters to a submerged car after heavy rain caused widespread flooding across the Greater Toronto Area on Tuesday, July 16, submerging multiple roads.

Footage filmed by Stephanie Daigle shows trucks navigating the flooded Don Valley Parkway, “after being stuck there for hours,” Daigle told Storyful.
