A Man Whose Genitals Were Ripped Off As A Child Has Had a Bionic Penis Fitted

A 43-year-old man is hoping to lose his virginity and start a family, after being fitted with a bionic penis.

Mohammed Abad, from Edinburgh, lost his genitals when he was six years old and dragged along under a car for 600ft.

Thanks to the fully functioning new device, he can now experience erections and hopes to have children.

He has had hundreds of operations over the years to try to reconstruct what was lost.

Doctors used a skin graft from his arm to create an eight-inch penis - which includes two tubes that inflate it in seconds, when he presses a pump in his testicles.

Mohammed told The Sun: “Doctors have told me to keep practising.”

He was married but kept his secret from his wife, who left him last year.

He is now hopeful about the future and added: “I’m looking forward to meeting somebody who I can maybe practice with. The ultimate goal would be to have kids, which would be a miracle in itself.”
