Manchester Arena survivor waited 'an hour' for help

A survivor of the Manchester Arena terrorist attack has told how he and his daughter were waiting for help at the scene for an up to an hour. Martin Hibbert was paralysed from the waist down, while his daughter Eve survived with a brain injury. Mr Hibbert is one of several survivors who has given evidence to the public inquiry into the attack.
