Manchester City confirmed themselves as the winners of Group F with a game to spare, and will be among the Pot One seeds in Monday’s draw.

Pep Guardiola’s side boast a perfect record heading into their final match away to Shakhtar Donestk, including the impressive the 4-2 win in Naples last time out.

Their form both domestically and on the European stage makes them a force to be reckoned with in the knockout rounds.

Who Manchester City could face…

Uefa rules stipulate that two sides from the same country cannot face one another in the last 16, meaning that Group C’s second-ranked side, Chelsea, are out of the equation. Likewise, Manchester City cannot be paired with the runner-up from their group, Sevilla.

FC Basel, Bayern Munich, Juventus and Real Madrid are all confirmed possibilities for City.

With Liverpool topping Group E then City can face Sevilla. Other possibilities are FC Porto or RB Leipzig from Group G.

The draw will take place at Uefa headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland on Monday, December 11. The draw is set to get underway at 11am GMT, and you can follow it LIVE on Standard Sport.
