Manchester United star Paul Pogba teases England fans with 'it's coming home' jibe following France World Cup win

France and Manchester United midfielder has often been criticised for his posts on social media in and around changing rooms, but when you’ve just been crowned a world champion you’re entitled to do what you want in celebration.

The midfielder, who enjoyed an outstanding World Cup in Russia – capped with a goal in the final during a 4-2 win over Croatia, lead his teammates in celebrations, sharing a lot of it on his Instagram.

Posts included a speech from French President Emmanuel Macron, as well as a rather stern chat with a former President in Nicolas Sarkozy.

One, though, which will have caught the eye of fans in England is the clip of Pogba dancing with the World Cup trophy while posing for photographers and saying ‘it’s coming home’ in jest after Three Lions fans put Frank Skinner and David Baddiel’s 1996 song at the forefront of this World Cup.

The 25-year-old then turned to the camera and apologised to fans, insisting he was only joking.

Celebrations continued as the French squad stormed in on manager Didier Deschamps during his press conference to spray the former midfielder with anything they could get their hands on.
