Manchester United are looking to round off a strong season with silverware as they continue their Europa League journey tonight.

United have already sealed Champions League qualification after finishing third in the Premier League, meaning there is less pressure to win the Europa League in August.

However, an FA Cup semi-final defeat to Chelsea will have stung Ole Gunnar Solskjaer - especially as he is yet to lift a trophy as United manager.

Solskjaer can change all that this month in the Europa League finals tournament in Germany, but first the Red Devils must navigate the second leg of their last-16 tie against LASK.

United are 5-0 up after a first-leg win in Austria, and will be wearing their new 2020/21 home kit for what should be a routine win.

Date, time and venue

Manchester United vs LASK is scheduled for a 8pm BST kick-off on Wednesday, August 5, 2020.

The match will be played behind closed doors at Old Trafford with no fans due to be present due to government guidelines regarding coronavirus.

How to watch

TV channel: The match will be televised live on BT Sport 2, with coverage starting from 7.30pm.

Live stream: BT Sport subscribers will be able to stream the match online via the video player and the BT Sport app.

Team news

Solskjaer can afford to name a largely shadow team on Wednesday, with United leading the tie 5-0. Jesse Lingard is a confirmed starter, while Dan James and Andreas Pereira could also feature.

But Solskjaer will call upon his big names when United travel to Germany for the remaining rounds next week. Solskjaer has confirmed Luke Shaw will be fit in time for the start of next season.

The left-back has been omitted from United’s squad for the remainder of the Europa League after suffering an ankle injury last month. Axel Tuanzebe has had an operation on his foot, but should also be back by September.

Predicted XI (4-3-1-2): Romero; Wan-Bissaka, Bailly, Maguire, Williams; McTominay, Fred, Pereira; Lingard; Ighalo, James

Prediction: Man United 3-0 LASK

Given United walked the first leg 5-0, it's hard to look beyond a routine win for Solskjaer's side.

Head to head (h2h) history and results

The first leg was the sides' only previous meeting, with United winning by five goals in Linz.
