Protests across Myanmar entered their fifth day on February 10 as cyclists rode through Mandalay to demonstrate against the military takeover.
Local reports said protesters were calling for the release of ousted leader Aung San Suu Kyi and other elected officials who were detained following the military’s allegations of voting irregularities in a November election won by Suu Kyi’s National League for Democracy.
