Man's body found near beach in seaside town

A man's body has been found close to a beach in North Wales. The sad find was made near to Prestatyn's North Wales Bowls Centre, next to Ffrith Beach, on Tuesday morning.

Police confirmed the man's death is not being treated as suspicious and his next of kin has been informed, reports NorthWalesLive. A North Wales Police spokesperson said: "We were called at 8.10am on Tuesday, January 28th, to a report of the discovery of a man’s body in Prestatyn, close to the bowling centre near the beach.

"Officers attended the scene, along with colleagues from the Welsh Ambulance Service. The circumstances of the man’s death are not being treated as suspicious and his family and the coroner have been informed."
