Man's body found near North Wales beach

The body of a man has been found near a North Wales beach. The tragic discovery was made close to the North Wales Bowls Centre in Prestatyn, which is beside Ffrith Beach, on Tuesday.

The man's death is not being treated as suspicious. A North Wales Police spokesperson said: "We were called at 8.10am on Tuesday, January 28th, to a report of the discovery of a man’s body in Prestatyn, close to the bowling centre near the beach.

"Officers attended the scene, along with colleagues from the Welsh Ambulance Service. The circumstances of the man’s death are not being treated as suspicious and his family and the coroner have been informed."
