According to TMZ, Anello has filed a lawsuit accusing Mariah of committing “sexual acts with the intent that they be viewed by him”, with Mariah allegedly asking Anello to come to her room to move some luggage for her only to be wearing open, see-through negligee when he arrived.

Although Anello has said there was no physical contact during the incident, he was left uncomfortable by the situation and when he tried to leave Mariah is said to have insisted that he moved the luggage first.

Mariah also accused Anello and his colleagues of being white supremacists, according to reports, with Anello claiming that Mariah would often humiliate him by referring to him as a Nazi, skinhead, and KKK member – adding that she “wanted to be surrounded with black guys, not white people”.

Anello added that Mariah owes him $221,329.51 in unpaid earnings, with the guard claiming that he had also been promised another two years of employment, but Mariah did not fulfil the promise.
