Mariah Carey And Nick Cannon 'Living Apart'

Nick Cannon appears to have confirmed that his marriage to singer Mariah Carey is going through a rough patch.

The couple have not been pictured together since Father's Day on June 21 and the television host has reportedly told The Insider that they have been living apart for a "few months".

Cannon, 33, said: "There is trouble in paradise. We have been living in separate houses for a few months."

He added that his "focus" is on their three-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan.

Carey has not publicly responded to her husband's comments.

The singer, 44, and America's Got Talent presenter took everyone by surprise by marrying in April 2008 after a whirlwind romance.

Last year they renewed their wedding vows at Disneyland in California.

Carey, who is thought to be worth over $500m (£301m), was previously married for five years to music mogul Tommy Mottola.

They divorced in 1998.
