Mariah Carey's assistant breaks down in tears because she can't get diva's TV to work

In all honesty, we couldn’t think of a more stressful job than being the assistant to superstar and infamous diva, Mariah Carey.

Especially after we were granted an exciting insight into her wild life through Mariah’s new E! television series, ‘Mariah’s World’, and saw just how crazy her day-to-day is.

In case you missed it, the show made its debut last night and it certainly did not disappoint, with viewers being left especially stunned by one particular moment, which saw Mariah’s tour assistant break down in tears because she couldn’t get the star’s Apple TV to work in her luxurious UK hotel room.

Fans felt for Molly after she was given the job of setting up the TV for Mimi, with Molly explaining to the camera: “The Apple TV is the most important thing for Ms. MC.

“If she can’t have the Apple TV playing while she’s sleeping then she can’t sleep.

“If she can’t sleep, she can’t perform. If she can’t perform, there’s no show. If it’s not there everything else falls apart.”

Ooft, calm down, love.

Molly failed to get the TV to work and even enlisted the help of hotel employees who were just as clueless.

Panicking, and no doubt fearing Mariah’s wrath, Molly was shown breaking down in tears as she was comforted by Mariah’s longterm housekeeper, Maria.

Maria – who also travels across the world with Mariah – tells the emotional assistant: “It’s not you. Why are you in trouble? This is not your fault.”

Molly then reveals that Mariah’s terrifying manager, Stella, is her boss and Stella had previously warned her not to cry on the job… Or date anybody for a year.

Wowzer – we have to admit, one episode in and we’re already more fascinated with Mariah than we were before.
