Marks & Spencer has unveiled a double helping of its pigs in blankets. "For the first time ever", the high-street giant has "double wrapped" the pigs for extra flavour.

All M&S pigs in blankets are made with outdoor bred British pork and dry cured artisan bacon. M&S is now wrapping all its sausage pigs in blankets in a whole rasher of bacon as opposed to a half.

The new item will be rolled out across the entire M&S Foodhall range which includes party food, garnishes, the classic side-dish and in the cafes. There's also a double wrapped pigs in blanket mac and cheese.

Some items shoppers can pick up include a pack of 12 pigs in blankets, the 'four for three' party deal side offer, and the pigs in blankets/stuffing balls tray. You can have a look at M&S new selection here.

Shoppers can order their M&S groceries online via Ocado. As an independent retailer, Ocado sets its own prices for M&S products which may be different to those in M&S stores
