Married at First Sight UK star Morag Crichton has responded to the moment she reduced husband Luke Dawson to tears on the show.
Having already clashed about wanting children shortly after they tied the knot, the newlyweds were seen flying out to Switzerland for their honeymoon in Wednesday night's episode (September 1).
There, their marriage hit another snag when Morag decided to tell Luke how she really felt about him during a romantic breakfast, claiming that she needed to be with someone who is "more man than boy".
"To be called not a man is a low blow," Luke replied. "To me being a man is being loyal, having your back supporting you. I wanted someone to like me for who I am."
"I spend a lot of time around people who care about what they actually look like. I literally go for the same type of guy all the time, I go to the gym everyday and surrounded by all these gym bods," continued Morag. "I need the sexual attraction."
Later, care home manager and fireman Luke told the camera that he wasn't sure how things could work out following Morag's comments and that it "really sucks" to be "told you're not good enough".
Once the episode had aired on E4, veterinary nurse Morag took to Instagram to share a compilation of sweet videos she took while she and Luke were abroad, and captioned the post: "Shame you didn't get to see the activities we went on!
"Zip-wiring across the alps and a very, very boozy wine tasting day 🍷 a lot of fun was had!"
"You made him cry, that was horrible to watch. What a genuinely nice guy he seems… these poor guys with their matches this series so far," one fan replied, which prompted Morag to explain: "Tell me about it. He really is a genuine nice guy!
"An absolute gentleman and a man! But we grow and we learn."
Married At First Sight UK continues tonight at 9pm on E4.
