Married at First Sight UK has stirred a whirlwind of reactions after a groom's insensitive remarks to his bride caused a stir. In the episode aired on Wednesday, September 18, the newlywed couples set off on their honeymoons.

Caspar Todd and Emma Barnes kicked off their honeymoon bliss in Jamaica, spending a delightful day at a waterpark. However, as they wound down, Caspar had an unexpected revelation.

Upon returning to their accommodation, Emma entered with beverages in hand, declaring her delight about their "fabulous" day, querying Caspar about his own enjoyment.

Caspar confided: "I've been struggling, I don't know if you've felt it. But I haven't felt that spark I was hoping to feel."

His admission visibly shocked Emma, who probed: "What started off those feelings?", to which Caspar admitted she bore a resemblance to his sister.

Clarifying further, he said: "Watching you and her laugh together, there's an element and sort of mannerisms - I'm equating one with the other and it's not good."

A curious Emma then enquired what Caspar's "usual type" was, to which he candidly responded: "I've rarely gone for the curvier person," leaving his wife astounded. He continued to express that he didn't consider her "sexy".

Emma countered assertively, advising him to reassess his perspective rather than make snap judgments based on looks.
