Married at First Sight's Kieran Chapman 'betrayed' by ex and best mate before E4 show
Kieran Chapman will make his first appearance on Married at First Sight UK on Monday night, with him signing up to be on the E4 show after having his world turned upside down, when his girlfriend cheated with his best mate.
One of the most talked about shows on TV in the last few years, Married at First Sight is back for another this week, with Newcastle mechanic and keen circus performer Kieran heading down the aisle as one of the groom this time round. An early teaser for the new episodes revealed that, ever the joker, Kieran even wore a pair of false teeth as he met bride Kristina for the first time at the alter before saying 'I do.'
And ahead of the MAFS 2024 launch on Monday, more details about the 28-year-old Geordie have emerged, including the fact that he lives in a static caravan in the middle of the woods with his beloved dog and the fact that he had his heart broken when his long term partner had an affair with a guy he thought was his best friend, as reported by Metro.

As he prepared to tie the knot on Married at First Sight, Kieran admitted that he was doubtful he'd ever be able to trust again, with him 'lying' about taking part in the show, telling his friends he was going away for a bit. His appearance on MAFS was confirmed in the summer, with him taking to Instagram to write: "So, I went 'travelling' at the beginning of the year. But, I lied. Now the secret's out... I married a stranger."
The new series of Married at First Sight kicks off at 9pm on Monday, September 16, with relationship gurus Paul C Brunson, Mel Schilling and Charlene Douglas back to keep an eye on the couples and a for episode one hinting at some early controversy as it teases: "The drama kicks off early when one groom's controversial opinion leaves everyone questioning whether he's there for the right reasons"
