Last month Stewart shared a steamy bathroom mirror selfie to her Instagram that echoed a much talked-about sultry pool selfie from July 2020. The latest snapshot showed the lifestyle guru posing in a silver nightgown. "I didn't look so bad when I got up," she captioned the photo.
Stewart has spoken to PEOPLE previously about how she stays so fit; she said she did Pilates to prepare for her May 2023 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover shoot.
“I did Pilates three, maybe four times a week and did not have a drink — no alcohol whatsoever for two months," she said. Stewart said she also continued getting regular facials and was very careful about what she put in and on her body.
Last year, the star chef appeared on Yahoo Life's Unapologetically series, where she spoke about how important it is for her to maintain a "healthy lifestyle" and stay active at her age.
"It's about being aware of things around you and leading a good healthy life," she explained. "And, going to Pilates at 6:30 in the morning, which I did this morning. I try to go to Pilates as many times a week as I possibly can."
Stewart also said that she doesn't "ever think about retiring" and refuses to let her age slow her down and make her act like a "little old lady."
"I'm not going to start living badly just because I'm getting older," she told the outlet. "Once you've lived well, you always should live well."
