Masked Edinburgh youths pull reckless stunts on wrong side of city centre road
A group of balaclava-wearing youths were spotted "pulling stunts" on a busy city centre road in Edinburgh.
In a video taken by a concerned bus passenger, the group of three raced past traffic on Nicolson Street around 1.30pm on Wednesday afternoon.
All dressed in black, the bike riders were filmed pulling wheelies on the road while buses, taxis and cars were driving through.

They were headed in the direction of North Bridge and spotted near the traffic lights.
The onlooker said: "They were pulling stunts and swerving all over the street. These groups wreak havoc and it's just an accident waiting to happen.
"Everyone trying to cross looked terrified. Apparently that's what passes for fun these days."
Throughout 2024, we have reported on various incidents involving balaclava-wearing youths in the capital. In April, a gang of off-road bikers 'wreaked havoc' at the Meadows leaving locals "shocked and scared".
They reportedly 'shouted at children' and 'pulled wheelies' while worried onlookers filmed the moment to raise awareness.
