Masked Man Sets Fire to Cars at Phoenix Dealership

Police in Phoenix, Arizona, appealed to the public on January 25 for help identifying a man who set fire to five vehicles at an auto dealership’s parking lot earlier in the month.

Footage released by the Phoenix Police Department shows the masked and hooded suspect scampering through the lot on the morning of Sunday, January 5, opening car doors and starting fires inside. He cut a chain-link fence to access the lot, the Phoenix Police Department said.

Police added that the suspect appeared to burn his own hand at one point and may have sustained injuries. Credit: Phoenix Police Department via Storyful
