You can all put your detective hats back in the cupboard now, because The Masked Singer UK's grand final just aired on ITV.

Yes, after weeks and weeks of musical mystery, the three remaining contestants have been unmasked and a winner finally crowned - but who was beneath those Robin, Sausage and Badger costumes?

JLS' Aston Merrygold came in third and was revealed to be hiding under the Robin mask, while the Badger was unmasked as Grammy Award winner Ne-Yo who came in second place. Joss Stone was ultimately showered in confetti as this year's champion.

Ecstatic to have eluded the panel's guessing game, the 'Super Duper Love' songstress took a minute to speak with presenter Joel Dommett at the end of the show.

"Who doesn't love sausage and chips?" she laughed, when asked why she'd chosen that particular costume, before explaining what made her join this year's famous line-up.

"Why not?! Life can be too serious... we should just dress up in chips and sausage and have a sing-song!"

Elsewhere in the final, Aston was hailed for his "flawless" performances throughout the series, while Ne-Yo went on to admit that he'd had that much fun being Badger that he'd "be happy to do it again".

Congratulations to the class of 2021.
