Mass brawl leaves man concussed as CCTV appeal issued

Police have released CCTV images of three men they want to speak to after a mass brawl broke out. Trouble erupted in Bridge Street, Congleton, when two groups came to blows in the early hours of Sunday, October 20.

During the incident at 2.35am, a 28-year-old man was attacked and suffered concussion. Two men from Congleton, aged 18 and 21, were arrested on suspicion of affray. They have since been released on bail.

Now officers have issued CCTV pictures of three further men they believe may hold vital information.

PC Beth Stewart said: “As part of our ongoing enquiries, we would like to appeal to anyone who may know the identity of the individuals in the CCTV images.

“The same goes for anyone with any further information. We would also like to appeal directly to those pictured to get in touch with us.”
