Massive Tree Uprooted During Severe Storm in Missouri

A large tree was uprooted in Nixa, Missouri, as a severe thunderstorm hit the area on April 7.

Video posted by Amy Hamilton shows the tree in her backyard on its side. The tree struck another tree as it fell, but did not cause damage to the property, according to Hamilton.

“The tree fell in the perfect direction as it our house is just to the east of the tree, and the playset is just to the west of the tree. The tree missed both,” Hamitlon told Storyful.
