Spurs came up short at Wembley as Antonio Conte's side secured a 4-2 victory to book their place in the final, despite not naming Eden Hazard and Diego Costa in their starting line up.
The north Londoners dominated under the arch for long periods but cannot afford to suffer a Cup hangover with a trip to Crystal Palace on the horizon.
Pochettino's side remain just four points adrift of leaders Chelsea and the Argentine coach is adamant his players will be able to pick themselves up for a trip to Selhurst Park.
"It's not important - we will move on," Pochettino said of the possibility his side had suffered a psychological blow.
"The players are disappointed but tomorrow we will work again on the training ground and focus on the next game and the Premier League.
"If you play in the way we played today you cannot be worried.
"Sometimes you play well and don't win and now we must only be a little disappointed The gap is four points and we will try to catch up," he added.
