McMafia viewers have zero empathy for the characters
The BBC's McMafia continued tonight and once again, opinions were divided over the crime series.
Alex Godman (James Norton) is quickly becoming more embroiled in the dark world of the Russian and Israeli criminal underworlds.
Earlier on in the series, he also proposed to his girlfriend Rebecca (Juliet Rylance) – which a lot of you weren't so thrilled about.
Tonight's episode saw Semiyon (David Strathairn) awake to an awful accusation, leading Alex to try and expose his accusers.
Alex's sister Katya (Faye Marsay) was also having an eventful time, as she uncovered a shocking secret.
Norton and McMafia have finally shed all those James Bond murmurs to be its own thing, but that thing is still dividing you, it seems.
Some of you weren't really feeling much of a connection to the characters:
My issue with #McMafia is, for some reason I’m finding it hard to empathise with a crooked hedge fund manager and drug-lord murderers. No idea why.

#McMafia Decision time for Alex: the sinister Israeli gangster or the sinister Mexican Drug Lord? Tough choice.
