Australian schoolboy discovers koala trying to 'drive' his family's car

An Australian schoolboy arrived at home to discover that a koala was trying to ‘drive’ the family car.

Sam Box, a 15-year-old from rural Victoria told 9News.com how he’d stepped off the bus to find a koala behind the wheel of the Land Rover.

The teen quickly snapped some pictures for evidence of the obscure scene.

He said: ‘We see them a fair bit here but never in the car.’

The furry carjacker, clearly disappointed that he’d been caught in the act, decided to flee the scene.

Sam said: ‘I opened the door and he just got out and walked away.’
