Meet the Midlands life-saver taking on the Gladiators on BBC1 tonight
One of the contestants taking on the mighty Gladiators tonight is used to fighting to save lives. But instead tonight Dr Scott Castell will be looking to do battle with the Gladiators on the BBC1 programme.
The second series of the show returns tonight (January 18) and the Air Ambulance Service doctor is one of the contestants. By day, Dr Castell is an on-board doctor attending emergencies across the Midlands, including Coventry and Warwickshire.
But he will be swapping his flight uniform for a Gladiators vest. He will be taking on the likes of Phantom, Legend and Giant.
