Meghan Markle has been labelled "Duchess Difficult" by an insider said to be close to the mum-of-two. The Duchess of Sussex, 43, has been accused of being demeaning with staff and causing "grown men cry", in a damning report on the former Suits actress.

It comes amid reports that Meghan and Prince Harry experience a notably high staff turnover. A source said: "Everyone's terrified of Meghan. She belittles people, she doesn't take advice."

They further added: "They're both poor decision-makers, they change their minds frequently."

The Hollywood Reporter detailed accounts of "noisy tantrums and angry 5am emails" earning Meghan the title "Duchess Difficult". Another source described her as "absolutely relentless", continuing, "She marches around like a dictator in high heels, fuming and barking orders."

The same commenter alleged: "I've watched her reduce grown men to tears.", reports the Mirror.

The Mirror has requested a response from Meghan's representatives regarding these allegations.

Last month it was reported advisor Josh Kettler quit his job with the Sussexes after just three months. A seasoned public relations professional, Josh started his role with the Meghan and Harry before their three-day trip to Nigeria in May.

On his previous visit to London, Harry was accompanied by Mr Kettler at St Paul's Cathedral during a service marking the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games. However, Mr Kettler has now stepped down from his role after being brought in reportedly to "guide him [Harry] through his next phase".

It is believed that the decision for Mr Kettler to leave was a "mutual" one, and he had been signed on a provisional basis with both parties acknowledging that he was not a good fit.

Formerly operating from Santa Barbara close to Harry and Meghan's residence in Montecito, Mr Kettler had notable roles including chief of staff and head of strategic partnerships at Cognixion and prior positions at outdoor apparel company Patagonia.

The Sussexes have seen a turnover of several staff members since relocating to California. An ex-staff member expressed to a media outlet, "What may be most telling is that the entire time I worked there, I don't think I heard a single current or former employee on their staff say they would take the job again if given the chance."
