Meghan Markle shared a touching video on social media this week – and fans think it might contain a snippet of Princess Lilibet's voice.

The Duchess of Sussex announced some heartbreaking news on Instagram this week when she confirmed her beloved dog, Guy, has died. Fans of Meghan, 43, will no doubt be aware of how much Guy meant to the Duchess, as she used to regularly share photos of the pooch before she temporarily stepped away from social media after marrying her husband, Prince Harry.

Meghan's lengthy statement was shared alongside a video that featured clips and photos of Guy throughout his life, including a clip of the dog running along a beach where Harry can be heard calling out to him. There are also some clips where children's voices - believed to be the couple's kids, Prince Archie, five, and Princess Lilibet, three, - can be heard, although no faces are ever seen.

But it was the final clip in the video that captured the hearts of fans. Played over the end of the beach clip as text appears to say "In loving memory of Guy", Meghan can be heard singing a sweet song to her beloved pet - and fans are convinced they can hear Lilibet singing along with her mum.

The clip does feature the voice of a young child, but it is not confirmed who the voice belongs to. That lack of confirmation didn't stop fans from taking to social media to share how emotional they were, with some saying the voice "broke" them and left them "in tears".

On X, formerly Twitter, one person said: "How sweet does little Lili sound? I've listened to this sweet clip of her and Meghan singing about Guy like a million times."

Another added: "Oh wow, how lovely. I listened over and over, so cute!" A third also shared: "This broke me. It's a beautiful tribute." While someone else wrote: "Just tears. I didn't know Guy, but I can see and hear how much love he gave to that wonderful family."

Meghan rescued Guy, a beagle, 10 years ago and the pooch had been with her through thick and thin. He saw her international rise to fame playing Rachel Zane in the US legal drama Suits, as well as her divorce from her first husband, Trevor Engleson. He was also seen alongside the late Queen Elizabeth when she arrived at Harry and Meghan's wedding at St George's Chapel, Windsor Castle, in 2018.

In the Duchess' touching Instagram post, she said she had "cried too many tears to count" following Guy's passing, and described her pet as the "best guy any girl could have asked for".

Part of her lengthy statement read: "I have cried too many tears to count - the type of tears that make you get in the shower with the absurd hope that the running water on your face will somehow make you not feel them, or pretend they're not there. But they are. And that's okay too.

"Thank you for so many years of unconditional love, my sweet Guy. You filled my life in ways you'll never know."
