Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s new baby boy, Archie, is only a few weeks old, but he already has some international traveling scheduled. According to The Daily Mail’s Richard Eden, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are in the early stages of planning a trip to South Africa with their son.

“People have been informed that the Duke and Duchess will be coming,” Eden’s source revealed to him. “Early preparations have begun.”

South Africa isn’t the only international trip on Archie’s agenda. Meghan reportedly wants to take her son to her hometown of Los Angeles as soon as he’s able to travel.

“For Meghan, it’s just as important for Archie to learn about her family history as it is for him to learn about his royal ancestors, so she plans to go on a trip to L.A. with him once she’s comfortable taking him on a plane,” a royal source told Us Weekly.

In addition to the Los Angeles and South Africa trips later this year, there are also rumors bubbling that the couple is flirting with the idea of moving to South Africa or Botswana for a few months out of the year.

But don’t expect the royal couple to start packing up boxes anytime soon. Officials from both countries have yet to be informed of any moving plans, and the The Daily Mail’s Rebecca English believes the trip will be a six-month sabbatical rather than a full-time move.

In the meantime, baby Archie will travel the world at his leisure.
