City centre restaurant Voyagers awarded an AA Rosette just six months after opening. Located at 38 Parr Street, inside the new luxury Halyard hotel, Voyagers launched with a 70-seat restaurant and 100-seat bar.

The AA Rosette celebrates a venue's commitment to culinary excellence. AA inspectors scour restaurants and hotels nationwide, assessing their meals on service, quality and ingredients, and honour those of outstanding nature with the accolade.

A mere 10% of restaurants nationwide are of a standard that is worthy of one or more rosettes. Liverpool boasts 13 restaurants with varying AA Rosette numbers, including The London Carriage Works, Manifest 8 by Andrew Sheridan, and Vetch.

Voyagers' menu is made up of a mix of globally inspired dishes with a local twist, small and large plates, an all-day dining option and afternoon tea. There's also a selection of 35 wines and signature cocktails.

Thrilled with the achievement, Jake Parry, head chef at Voyagers said: “We are incredibly honoured to receive the AA Rosette. This award is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team. We strive to create memorable dining experiences, and this recognition inspires us to continue pushing the boundaries of our culinary offerings."

The AA Inspector commended Voyagers, saying: "The dining menus provide clear fresh appeal and a contemporary outlook. Dishes sampled were fresh, balanced, and had clear flavours with a sense of ambition."
