Mesmerizing Timelapse Captures Spooky Clouds Overhead on Halloween

Mesmerizing timelapse footage shared by the National Weather Service (NWS) in Seattle on October 31 shows a spooky cloud formation overhead, as trick-or-treaters were warned of rain in some areas.

According to the NWS, the rolling clouds were a product of a convergence zone taking shape over Snohomish County.
