Met Police urgently hunting for Brent mental health patient who escaped during shop visit
Police are hunting for a man who has escaped from a mental health facility in London. Trevor St Martins, 56, absconded at about 3pm on Saturday (September 28) while on an escorted visit to shops.
He is based at a facility in Kingsbury, Brent, in North West London. The Met Police were called after he went missing, and officers have carried out extensive enquiries to try and find him.
St Martins has been described as 6ft tall and of medium build. When last seen, he was wearing a black top, black jeans and a black hat.

Members of the public are advised not to approach him. If you see him, call 999 immediately.

St Martins is the second person to abscond from a mental health facility in the last week. Terrence Mayes, 41, escaped from a secure facility in Southall on Sunday (September 22), and is thought to be in the West London or North West London areas.
