With 44.5-kWh battery, MG ZS EV probably should be able to go more than 155 miles
MG (part of the Shanghai-based SAIC Motor) announced further details about the MG ZS EV, currently presented at the London Motor Show.
The electric crossover will be equipped with a 44.5-kWh liquid-cooled battery, which places it almost directly against the Hyundai Kona Electric with the 39.2-kWh standard battery. The WLTP range will be confirmed in Q3.
The MG ZS EV will also get a typical 7 kW on-board charger. The DC fast charging from 0-80 percent should take 43 minutes, according to the press release.
