We honestly cannot wait for ITV's Quiz, an actual drama based on that Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? coughing controversy from years back, especially now we have seen the extent of actor Michael Sheen's transformation into Chris Tarrant.

Digital Spy caught up with the Good Omens and Twilight Saga star at the BAFTA Cymru awards last month to talk about the new project, and the actor explained how it wasn't that much of a shock for him to transform into a(nother) real-life figure.

"If there's one thing I'm known for by most people," Sheen told us, "it's for having played characters, whether it's David Frost or Tony Blair or Kenneth Williams or Brian Clough, so it's not something that is new to me.

"So I wasn't that shocked!"

As he continued to explain how he prepared to become 2001-era Chris Tarrant, Sheen shared that it was a "different process" to other roles.

"It's a real person and people are very familiar with him so that's a big part of what your preparation is," he added.

"I've done it a few times so I have a way of working on it. It requires different preparation but not entirely. But part of it is playing a character that isn't a fictitious character."

Along with Sheen as Tarrant, Spooks' Matthew Macfadyen and Fleabag's Sian Clifford will play Charles and Diana Ingram, while Peaky Blinders' Helen McCrory has been cast as Sonia Woodley QC.

The British Academy Cymru Awards took place at St David's Hall in Cardiff on October 13. Quiz arrives on ITV in the UK and AMC in the US next year.
