Pickles, who joined the company in 2014, said he had decided to leave X several months ago and was working with the Chief Executive Linda Yaccarino through the transition. "After more than ten years, tomorrow will be my last day at X. It's been an incredible journey," he said. Telegram quietly updates website to allow abuse reports following founder's arrest
Telegram has updated its website to explicitly allow users to report private chats to its moderators, the company said in its FAQ page, as it updated some of its other privacy features following the arrest of founder Pavel Durov in France last month over "crimes committed by third parties" on the platform. The earlier language on the FAQ page said the private chats were protected from moderation requests. On Thursday night, Telegram revised the FAQ page.
