Millions of people are subscribed to Amazon Prime - but many users are not claiming a free monthly offer. It's a perk that will be particularly beneficial to anyone who loves reading.

Two benefits on offer for members are Amazon Prime Reading and Amazon First Reads. By being a member, you can access free Kindle books from both - completely free each month.

Amazon Prime Reading is a service that provides Prime members with free access to a range of e-books, magazines, and selected audiobooks. The selection includes literary classics, children's books, Kindle singles, and Amazon-exclusive e-books.

Prime Reading features some recent and popular fiction and non-fiction titles, but those seeking the latest releases may find a Kindle Unlimited subscription more suitable, reports Birmingham Live. Prime Reading also offers more than 500 comic books and popular magazines.

Prime Reading is an Amazon Prime benefit available to all members. But Amazon Prime Reading isn't the only book-related perk offered by the membership.

First Reads is another Prime perk, offering one free Kindle book each month. There's no real sign-up required; you just need to have an Amazon Prime account to access the reads on the website.
