Snack time just got festive thanks to Asda’s mince pie-filled cookies, and at just £1 a pack, they won’t ruin your shopping budget either.

Christmas is on the way and these cookies are the perfect new addition to your treats selection during the season of self-indulgence.

The cookies can be bought as a pack of four, and are filled with deliciously sweet mincemeat topped with a sweet dusting.

However, they can only be bought in store at Asda and not online, so make sure to snap them up whilst they’re still in stock.

You can also purchase mince-pie flavoured cookies, without any mincemeat filling, if you prefer a smoother textured biscuit. These are also a bargain at £1.50 for a pack of eight, and handily can be bought online at asda.com.

They’re made from an all-butter recipe and infused with French brandy. Are you drooling yet?

In fact the cookies are the best deal around, as Tesco have a pricier version costing £4 for 180g tin.

Frankly, mince pies can feel a little outdated; the addition of a cookie case should offset the intensely flavoured mincemeat, creating a seriously sumptuous luxury biscuit.

What’s not to love? Merry Munching!
